All sounds so familiar, but interesting to note that BIS
have stepped in the ACL space. Also understand that the Minimum Contract Value
has disappeared as BIS announced all LA’s are exempt.
Does this mean that SFA will lose the funding to BIS and it
will all get swallowed up into a non specific grant?
